Indulis Blūms A person that has been looking at the clouds since 1997 when he started his first aviation-related business – aviation logistics company SIA “Airkargo”. But after looking at the clouds for a long time, you begin to crave seeing over them, that is why Indulis learned everything he needs to fly, got his pilot’s licence and became a pilot. Indulis has gathered more than 15 years of experience as a pilot and more than 20 years of experience as a businessman in aviation – this means that he is not only able to fly and evaluate the best weather and routes for flying, but he also has great communication skills and is able to answer any question clients might have.
Raitis Šmits In 2001 Raitis Šmits joined SIA “Airkargo” as a customs expert, but not much later also rose above the clouds in a hot air balloon basket. He got his pilot’s licence more than 15 years ago and has been polishing his skills on countless flights in Latvia and also while participating in hot air balloon races. The team work between Raitis and Indulis both in business and in a hot air balloon serves as a stamp of quality for professional attitude and mastering their craft – on the ground and in the sky!
